MMA allows for diverse art creation with state of the art Ceramics, Printmaking and mixed media studio spaces. Children, teens, and established and emerging artists of all ages and all levels create, teach, exhibit, and collaborate at Maud Morgan Arts. Maud Morgan Arts/Maria L. Baldwin Community Center is a place that nurtures individual growth and creativity, builds connections, and serves as a forum for community advocacy. Join Our Team
Seeking inspired instructors to teach art related classes to children for Maud’s Arts Afterschool program! Applicants should:
- Have at least one year of experience working with children age 4-11
- Have a background in visual arts, studio arts, or arts education
- Demonstrate excellence in developing activities with an emphasis on collaboration and community building for groups of 10-12 children
- Be available for the full school year
- Be certified in First Aid/CPR or willing to receive certification (opportunities are provided by MLBCC)
