Creative Sewing Projects

Design it yourself!

Students will learn the basics of sewing and fabric applique; design, pinning, and cutting fabric while making creative and functional items.

We will adapt contemporary fabric collage with cut shapes from various fabrics, combining and layering pieces using heat activated adhesive. Both sewing and applique processes lets you combine color, shape, line and pattern to form landscapes, portraits, and animals into a bag, shirt, pillow or anything you imagine.

Snack ‘n Track is available for students who are registering for this class.
