Ceramics Summer Series

Adults / Highschool
Wednesdays, 6 – 8:30 pm
August 10 – September 14, 2016

The summer is what you make it.

Students can focus on throwing and trimming on the wheel as well as hand-building construction processes such as coils, slabs, and pinching.

This class will offer participants personalized instruction to develop their skills creating artwork in clay. Students will benefit from building and throwing demonstrations as well as instruction on decorative and finishing techniques using various glazing combinations.

We will provide inspiration, information, and encouragement for our artists to establish a voice and style for their ceramic work. All levels of ceramics experience welcome.
