KOHS + Maud Handmade Holiday Market 2023
Welcoming back for our third holiday season – Maud’s Handmade Holiday Market! Featuring artists and creatives affiliated with the Maria L Baldwin Community.
Join us Friday, December 1st from 3-6:30pm, and Saturday December 2nd from 10am-3pm.
Our market hustles the handmade goods created by our dedicated team members with 100% proceeds going directly back into the makers themselves. This is a great opportunity to support our artists.
We’ll also be hosting a ‘suggested donation’ bake sale with proceeds being donated back into the MLBCC.
Our Maud Market will coincide with our agency’s Kids Only Holiday Sale!
Kids Only! Holiday Sale and Maud’s Holiday Market! The sales will take place over two days, December 1st from 3:00 to 6:30 PM and December 2nd from 10 AM to 3 PM (until supplies last), in the studios at Maud Morgan Arts.
Begun in 1986, the Kids Only Holiday Sale provides an opportunity for school-age children to purchase gifts for family and friends in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Maria L. Baldwin Community Center views this event as an opportunity for children to learn how to use money as well as enjoy the benefits of gift-giving. Individual item prices will be capped at $10.
The Kids Only Holiday Sale is open to the general public as well as to children participating in MLBCC programs. Parents, grandparents, guardians, aunts, uncles, cousins – bring the young people in your life! As per our tradition, only children (0-18) and MLBCC teaching staff may enter the sale space, but very young children (0-6) can invite adults to accompany them if they need extra help making a selection.
Proceeds from the sale will support the MLBCC Equity and Access Scholarship Initiative which raises funds allocated for scholarships for our afterschool and summer programs.
